How much will it cost?
We will agree our costs with you at the very outset and before we commence acting for you.
The costs may be recoverable from your opponent or debtor.
We are sure you will find our rates highly competitive and economic. After all, we want your business and we want you to instruct us on a repeat basis.

How long will it take?
This depends on the type of case. However, at the very outset of our instructions we will agree a plan of action involving a timetable. We will make every effort to keep to this timetable.

I am owed a small amount by a debtor. Should I instruct you to pursue it?
Yes. We will seek to recover interest and costs in addition to the sum which is owed to you.

Will you enforce the debt on my behalf? If so, how will you do this?
Yes. We will consider the circumstances of each debt and each debtor before taking the appropriate action. We will not use standardised computer software to pursue the debt or to enforce it.

Yes. We will take your instructions and, if instructed by you to do so, we will continue to act for you until the conclusion of your case.

When and where can we meet?
We can meet at the Centrix House offices in Newton-le-Willows or we can meet at your premises. We can meet during or outside normal business hours. Contact us to arrange a suitable time and place for our meeting.
