Alan qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and he has acquired significant experience working with two of the region’s leading firms.

Joy joined AJ Preston Solicitors in April 2011 and she is a Senior Litigation Executive.
Joy started working in the legal field at just 19 years old, her first role being Executive Assistant to a partner at one of the Midlands’ largest firms.
Joy studied at Wolverhampton University and then began working as a Litigation Executive at a leading Midlands firm before moving to the North West to work for a prominent Liverpool law firm. Joy has extensive experience in the field of service charge and ground rent recovery; she also has considerable experience in both landlord and tenant disputes and property litigation matters generally. Joy has an increasing number of clients whom she advises regarding the Right to Manage.
