Property Litigation

We act in commercial property disputes and residential property disputes. We act in the renewal of business tenancies, claims for rent of arrears and breaches of covenant, possession claims, claims regarding repairs and dilapidations, rights of way claims, boundary disputes and claims of nuisance.

With regards to claims on behalf of residential landlords for possession of their properties, we are able to offer a fixed fee service.

Service Charge and Ground Rent Recovery

As a niche firm, AJ Preston Solicitors specialises in the residential block management sector; providing services to recover ground rent and service charge arrears. The recovery of service charges and ground rent requires a totally different approach to the normal debt recovery process. For undisputed debts we offer a fixed fee service. If the debt is disputed, we contact you to agree a further plan of action to attempt to recover the debt.

Employment Disputes
