Alan Preston has experience of resolving matters by mediation and we recognise the importance and advantages of alternative dispute resolution, in appropriate circumstances.
Debt Recovery

We can act in cases of unfair dismissal, discrimination, wrongful dismissal and breach of contract. This may involve bringing or defending a claim in the Employment Tribunal or in the Courts.
